Way to contact Wyze

Is there a phone number to contact Wyze? I ordered the vacuum and a bulb. I received a small box with the bulb. It says both were delivered and I didn’t get the vacuum. Emailing them apparently takes up to 72 hours to get a reply. I would like to resolve this sooner rather than later. :frowning:

Yeah, I’ve never been able to find it on the web site - only in the forum. P— poor customer service as usual.

They sent it in separate boxes but didn’t tell me both tracking numbers. I received it today. Thank you for sharing the number. It was helpful to talk to someone instead of wait for them to answer up to 72 hours later. :+1:t2:
