I have spent more time trying to get the outdoor camera connected to the base than I do with most of my other projects. Unfortunately I unplugged it, and that was apparently was a mistake. It decided that it didn’t want to connect again. I tried several ways to connect it, but to no avail. I am seriously considering some other service. When they work they are fine, but, when something goes wrong you could spend lots of time trying to get them working again. Having security cameras is nice, but, if you have to keep making them work, it may not make a lot of sense.
Have you tried contacting Customer Support (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT?
OK, after unplugging things and resetting, I finally got everything working again. All is good
