My elderly mother is unable to hear me on the speaker of the camera V3.
Request to know if there’s a way to increase the volume internally or externally with the help of an accessory / extra speaker?

Honestly it is a tiny, cheap speaker mounted on the back of the camera. Other than holding the phone or whatever you’re talking into really close to your mouth and yelling, it won’t get any louder, and even then it isn’t going to be clear.
May want to consider an Echo Dot or Google Home Mini or the like for conversations.
