Viewing playback

Help…i would say 9/10 times everytime i go to look at playback on the app, my internet connection freezes. then i have to close the app and go back in, then im down to about 7/10 times with it freezing.
i can watch the live video for hours, but playback automatically loses internet connection, all the time!
any ideas?

I just tried again, i go to “playback” then i start scrolling on the timeline, and boom…connection lost
