How can I view my camera on a device other than my phone? ie: work computer

Currently the easiest way to do that is via an Android emulator, although that typically isn’t allowed on a work PC. Another solution might be using the TinyCam app a device and enabling the web server, although I don’t have the experience to advise you on the details of that.

I can’t say I’ve had great success with this, so I’m not recommending it. Google Assistant can cast to a Chromecast or similarly aware smart TV. Hit or miss for me, and I blame my new top-end Chromecast which is pretty dodgy in general.
