Do I have to get MicroSD card to view playback? Or can I use iCloud to view playback?

The View Playback button is used for viewing video that has been recorded to a microSD card.
If you want to view any short motion-triggered clips that are recorded to the Wyze servers, you tap on the Events button at the bottom of the home screen.
“iCloud” has nothing to do with it whatsoever. That’s an Apple product/service/state-of-mind.

Yes, you must have an SD card to view playback of the SD card, the event clips and the SD card recordings are 2 separate things
