Good morning all,
Just recently started using the Wyze V3 cameras. I have two issues.
First, there are a few video files in my events that when I go to play them, the file appears to play in slow motion, with audio also being in slow motion.
Second, I tried to download the video file and then emailed the video file to myself both with the same result. The video plays just fine and at normal speed, but there is no audio in the downloaded or emailed file.
Any help on either of these items would be greatly appreciated!
