How long has your video doorbell lasted until failure? Mine was 10 hours, then nothing, nada, zilch! Started out great. Good video, sound, etc. Very disappointed. Trying to contact Wyze for warranty. We’ll see what happens.
Did you check for a tripped breaker? How do you know it’s not a bad transformer?
I checked the voltage output at the transformer, then at the existing door chime and then at the front door where the video doorbell connects. All test showed 18.5 volts. If the transformer outputs current all the way to the front door obviously the breaker isn’t tripped.
I have been using mine for the past couple of weeks without any problems.

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.
My went bad after only 8 hrs. Video is PINK with IR off and B/W with iIR on. It is happening on TWO iPhones and persist after three reboots.
Help in app said we’ll get back in 48-72 hrs.
