Venting about outages

I just wanted to express my irritation about these once a year Wyze outages. I don’t know about other companies, but these outages seems to happen like clockwork. I do not have these issues with Phillips Hue and a few other brands of lights.

Even when the outage is finally fixed, I always have to troubleshoot a few devices to get them working again. I still have a light that is triggered by a motion sensor that is acting up.

But what really gets me is when they send out promotional emails during and immediately after these events. I find it a bit insulting.
