I have a few v4s deployed both inside and outside. i have found them to be pretty amazing. one of them however offlines intermittently for no obvious reason. the last video it captures (as available in Events) usually includes a green lateral bar across the image. This is the busiest of my cameras - it triggers on passing cars and may capture up to 1,000 events per day. There is no memory card installed. Is this failure related to storage limits perhaps? Is this known behavior by anyone?
If there is no memory card installed there is no storage unless you are referring to cloud storage. If you are getting that many events a day, I wonder if it’s a bandwidth quality issue.
Try and swap it with another camera and see what happens.
