I just purchased the yearly cam plus subscription. It automatically added all my cameras onto the plan. I have confirmed in my account all of them are connected to the subscription. After that I was turning on the smart detection on all my cameras. For some reason one of my V4s acts like it is not connected to the cam plus subscription, when I try to turn smart detection on it prompts me to pay for a subscription again. I have other V4s that are having no issue, only this one camera. I contacted support and they gave me a cookie-cutter response of some basic things to try which I had already tried which was make sure the app is up to date and to turn off in app notifications. I’ve also tried restarting it, resetting services, and even deleted and reading it. I told them I did all that and they just say oh you submitted a log so we will forward to our engineers but sorry we have no other troubleshooting suggestions so we are closing the ticket. So they pretty much said screw you we aren’t dealing with it. What else can I do??
I would continue with new tickets until fixed.
You might add “fix it or else” in capital letters in problem description.
Or you might pose a threat of chargeback.
I have V3s from newer batch that after 6 months still do not show live stream capability in Alexa app.
