V3 Pro shows black screen on PC Livestream

I purchased two Cam V3 Pro cameras and the videos for both show up fine in my phone, but on my PC (view.wyze.com) they both appear but don’t show any video (screen is black). Only one is currently on a Cam Plus subscription but both were during the free trial and this has been the case for both all along. In the image, the v3 is the upper left camera. I have removed the SD cards, reset the cameras, and removed/re-added them. Also tried different browsers.

I was just told by Jericho Z (chat) the free trial does not allow webview. :frowning:

I submitted a log on this as I have CP with the camera. They are currently looking into it
