I just watched a live event on my outside V3 camera. It clearly showed a motion box around a moving vehicle yet it didn’t record it even thought Event Recording was set to All Events. This seems to be happening a lot. Wyze are you ever going to fix your software?!!!
Today it didn’t record yet another event. I was watching the live view and a truck drove by, the camera showed the motion box around it yet nothing was recorded. This is getting ridiculous!
I’m having this issue with more than half of my cameras. I thought it was just one camera, but it’s actually multiple cameras. I have sd cards and I can look at activity there, but nothing is tagged, and no cloud detection events at all. Is this a widespread issue?

For a company that says these are security cameras, yet they constantly miss events or don’t tag them correctly, kind of makes them more novelty cameras. They spend a lot of money releasing new products yet drag out software fixes for years.
Then they came out with a camera I was interested in, the solar cam pan but then I read the specs and saw the price, it quickly became a pass. If that camera was 4K, had an easy way to replaceable the rechargeable battery when it goes bad, had an optical zoom and a lower price point as the current $80 is too much…then I’d buy it. But the company nickel and dimes us with minor camera improvements and constant price increases. And, all the while never really fixing the software.
