V3 detection menu freezes up & cant back out

i went into my v3 to set detections ,but it freezes up when I do first step and touch the detections menu button . It corrects only if turn my i6 off>on.
Any ideas on why this might occur and how to fix it?
FREQUENCY: happens on this cam only last couple days.
Base unit has 3 v3 cams and 2 outdoors

Did you update the app to 2.22 ,21 ? Can’t you just force close the app and open it back up instead of going through the issue of turning you phone off and on?

sure,but it didnt solve it. didnt think of 2.22.21 update.,ill try that
