I had set both cameras to detect motion, Then I had set AI to detect persons in both cameras. In neither camera was any event recorded when there was known motion and known persons present. Other Wyze cameras (V3 and V2) worked normally. Any ideas? Very concerning. Pretty sure I haven’t missed anything basic. Thanks for help. [Mod Note: typo corrected] ---

Is the cam recording any events at all? Is the cam new, and has never worked or just suddenly stopped? Did you update the firmware recently? I would try unassigning the cam from cam plus, and reassigning it. Then check your event recording settings. Thanks! ---

One camera is brand new, the other (V2) is old but was working fine until recently. I tried to update the V2 firmware but was never successful. Will follow your other advice and report back. Thank you!
