I’ve got three cameras 2 V2 Cams and 1 V2 Pan Cam. 1 of the V2 Cams is in the states and the other 2 are in Mexico. I can’t get the Mexico ones to “Connect”. However I’m suspicious. While they just sit there attempting to Connect stuck on 1/3. In the meantime they are happy to sent motion events which I can view on the same app which is trying to connect. I was even able to update the pan-cam. It’s worked fine for a couple of years here in Mexico but weird behavior now. I’ve power cycled etc to no avail.
