V2 cam, IOS shows firmware update needed. Will not do so automatically. Tried manual it failed. Can not access features via IOS. Cam will display picture via web viewer. Concluding cam connects to network but does not connect to IOS app for management. Factory reset did not work either, followed by manual firmware update. Still no IOS access to camera. Wondering if the new IOS app supports the CAM V2 anymore like it should because of being an older camera?

Not a problem with iOS Wyze app. I have many V2s working just fine.

Note that the manual firmware update process is pretty picky, you may just need to try a few times.
I have iOS 18.2 and my 4 year old battery powered WCO cams still work with the iOS 3.2.7 app.
As stated manual firmware updates can be a trick. Make sure you are using a 32GB or smaller SD formatted with FAT32 to install the firmware.
