V1 playback inconsistent

I am trying to watch playback on from a couple days ago on my v1 camera. It is very inconsistent. Sometimes it will play perfectly, but then it freezes. I have been unable to view the two-minute section that I want to see. I’ve rebooted the camera and app, but the problem remains. Any suggestions?

How far is the camera from the router? Do you have an problems viewing the live stream?

You can remove the card from the camera and play it on a computer. Videos are stored in 1-minute files within folders by hour and date. VLC is a good free player that will play back the files in sequence.

The spot where the camera is has a strong signal from the router. I know I can remove the card to view files, but the problem I was having occurred when I was out of town.
