# Use Cam Pan V3 with Floodlight?

Can the USB port on the Wyze Cam Floodlight be used to power the Wyze Cam Pan v3 ?

Interesting. It absolutely did not work for me. I tried connecting a Wyze Cam Pan v3 and then a Wyze Cam OG, but neither worked! I was assuming this was because it’s a v3-only feature. Perhaps my floodlight (which is brand new) is defective?

Were you able to figure this out? I am having the same issue and made a conclusion that the usb does not have enough power or it’s faulty.
