Unable to view live cam on tmobile 4g/lte for the past few days

I can view live cam when connected to same wifi.
Any help

I just tried and at first could not connect, rebooted phone with WiFi off and was able to watch live video on T-Mobile.

Sometimes on my Nexus 6p switching off WiFi will not connect the T-Mobile cellular data correctly, and a reboot usually solves when it does that.
