Unable to play recordings saved in cloud? Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hello @khadanja, are you waiting for the event video to be downloaded before viewing?

Yes of course. I can see the thumbnails but won’t play. Have tried old one’s as well.

Do you have a microSD card installed?

Yes. By the way I was able to view the event recording until yesterday.

Working on Android. Can someone confirm with f working on IOS as it’s not for me.

It’s working for iOS for me. Try uninstalling app and reinstalling.
