Unable to order Home monitoring

I’ve tried several times to order the Smart Home monitoring package plus additional sensors. When I go to check out I get a message that there is nothing in my cart.

Have you removed anything from your cart?
What web browser are you using?
Make sure you’re signed in to the Wyze shop with the account you want to use use the monitoring subscription with.

No removals since I can’t get anything to show up. Used MS Edge and then tried Vivaldi - same results.
I was logged in.

Are you able to try a different device? Also, check to make sure that it adds to the cart successfully.
