Recently installed wise pan cam add a remote location. Most functions work I’m able to view the camera. I am unable to change the sensitivity and therefore there are no recordings being made. I follow the bouncing wall and move the sensitivity slider to 80 and when I finish I hit the back arrow and when I check it again it’s back to the middle and it still will not record anything via motion detection. If I set the camera to record continuously it will record and I can play it back but it doesn’t work with motion detection because the sensitivity cannot be increased.
Although it does not matter neither can I change the active zone for recording, not that I want to but it is an indication that something is wrong.
