Trying to set up Wyze Pan Cam/Not working

When the cam says its waiting for the light to turn green it doesn’t. Please Help Me

If the light Off, or some other color? Flashing? Solid?

Can you better explain the issue?

You plug it in, wait and then press the setup button on camera underside and the camera says Waiting To Connect…

Make sure you check boxes marked I’ve heard WAITING TO CONNECT before pressing continue.

@palmbay308 Welcome! You should see a solid blue status light after the cam connects.
