Trying to record video from sd card

Often I wish to save a piece of video, up to 5 minutes, from the sd card.

I play back in the wyze app and tap the record button to stop and start the recording to my photo album.

Sometimes I get the whole area of video but sometimes I only get a top corner of the video - not the full area possible.

What do I need to do to save the full video area from the sd card?

That sounds like a bug that has been reported, but rarely. To help track this down, please submit a support request from within the app soon after this happens and include the logs.
