Can you please fix the notification in the smart detection feature that continuously notifies me that my truck is parked in the driveway. I thought that the NBD functionality would filter this redundant type of alert out when it is definitely not the case.. I get numerous alert telling me that my truck is parked in the driveway. There’s no need for that. It also takes your valuable cloud space. I did a troubleshooting ticket with tech-support but other than the cameras there was no solution. Can you look at the redundant alert alerts with the same image and eliminate this from the AI detection? Or at least eliminate the notification of it.
It’s not the camera doing that on purpose. It’s the camera seeing enough of a change that it thinks it needs to tell you again. I would guess it doesn’t do it every night. How dark or light it is at night affects my cameras where they do this. Then the next night, they don’t.
The Stories feature may help with this. Not sure yet.
