All my cameras work great except the one I added the trial software to yesterday.
Over 90% of the notifications I get with it I can’t view.
I click on one and it says loading, no bits being loaded, just loading. It finally shows a black arrow like play and nothing happens if you click it or I’ve tried going out and back in to the notification and it won’t show it.
Very few I click on and it instantly shows it’s downloading and I can view. They are always small 12 second videos but I can’t view all of them, just it seems random ones allow me to view them.
I really want the new software to work… Any ideas?
