Talk about issues!!! So it seems the updates really mess up the operating system badly!!!
Here’s what I’m experiencing and it’s so damn annoying!!
I should be able to hold my finger on notifications and see a little preview of the alerted camera. Ever since the latest update I’m not getting a preview half the time and other times I do, despite all the setting being to the correct setting.
I keep experiencing the infrared lights getting stuck and so everything shows up as pink.
I go to retrieve footage from my sd card and it tells me error this or error that and then check later and then it works fine showing me what I want on the SD card.
If Wyze keeps this up I think they’ll slowly become a name of the past. Too many issues that I’m experiencing that make me wanna start looking for another system of cameras.
Oh I can’t upload attachments because I’m a new user, all I wanted to do was share the proof!! Lmao!! Gtfoh
It’s not even the technical stuff you mention. Their Web site and mobile app are two of the worst pieces of software I have ever dealt with. Clearly written by the sales guys, and not the support folks! It is impossible to find a way to do common tasks like purchase a Cam support application and assign it to one of your cameras. And nobody to talk to except a bot. Please! I’m about ready to take my 3 Wyze cameras to the scrap yard. There is no support for even basic functions. I have spent 3 hours pulling my hair out. One star please!
