I have 2 Cams, version 1 and 2 daisy chained together.
In trying to set up time lapse on both of them I ran into a problem. I can set up time lapse on the 1st camera, but when I try to configure on the 2nd camera I get the spiraling “hourglass” on the app.
If I turn off the 1st cam, I can set up time lapse on the 2nd. But when I try to set up time lapse on the 1st cam, I get the spiraling “hourglass” on the app again.
Both cams are updated to the latest firmware version.
Are you using the iOS or Android app? What version?
I just set up time lapses on two cameras on my iOS app without problem. The daisy chain really has nothing to do with it, since that’s just a power connection; no data.
I’d suggest filing a support ticket on this from within the app right after it happens.
After several reboots of the app it finally started working again. I would delete the post if it was clear how to do so.
