after a timelapse recording says it finished successfully, it cannot find the clip when I try to play it. What can I do to see the timelapse video?

On the page that you set the time lapse recording with click on View Album at the bottom. You should see an unprocessed version of the time lapse video. Click on it and it will download. When it reaches 100% you can view it. I believe this has to be done using the same wi-fi network that it was recorded on.
