This one has me scratching my head - Playback video pauses at every 60 sec mark

After reading your post, I asked myself “what’s different between your setup and mine?” and the only obvious thing is the SD card. So I replaced the SD card (32 GB) in one of my v2 cameras with a spare 2 GB SD card, formatted it in the camera, re-tested, and I get the same result, i.e. playback pauses at hh:mm:00. I think I can rule out the SD card being an issue.

My timezone is GMT+10; what’s yours?

UTC−06:00, central time zone US.

Not just SD card, also wireless network, network equipment. But this really sounds like a camera firmware or sd card issue not saving the files correctly to the card.
If you take th card out and play the files on a computer, is there any problem viewing them? . Are your cams set to continuous or event only to the card?

v4.9.8.1002 firmware is no longer available on the “release notes & firmware” page. Where can I get it?

I’m using continuous recording…

If you read through this thread, you will find that I established the bug existed for users in the positive timezones. It has been since been fixed for the V3, but not yet for the V2 - see confirmation from ddc

It seems version 2.43 of the app has broken this again

I can confirm this is still an active issue for Cam Pan v2 on app version 3.1.5.569 firmware 4.10.9.3006.

I hope it will be fixed soon.

App version 3.2.6.592 still active bug.

When are they going to fix the GMT + issue for the v2 camera. This is a joke.

It doesn’t matter it shouldn’t do it. It’s 2025 where’s the update?! 15 seconds for me on every event recording.
