My Wyze thermostat lost connection overnight. I rebooted it a few times but no change. I deleted it and reinstalled it. It has been working fine for the last 2 years as it is configured.
It went through connecting to my home internet fine, then I named it, then I get a page that shows the wiring diagram. It says the wiring of W2 and * are incorrect and need to be fixed. I have no connections to either of those positions on the wiring harness. Nothing has changed for the last 2+ years.
Wyze Customer Service came through with no help at all. Any suggestions?
