My wyze thermostat will not recognize my 2.4GHz wifi network. No matter what I do, reset everything, it will not pull up my wifi network. It just keeps searching and never pulls anything up. I have other Wyze devices connected to the same network. This is a new to me thermostat and connecting with Starlink which I split. Any suggestions?
I had to create a 2.4ghz only SSID for it to connect despite numerous other Wyze products having no problems. More specifically I have a Ubiquiti Mesh network so I used the IoT setting for maximum compatibility.
I have WYZE cameras and a thermostat. From time to time something stops working and I have to Factory Reset and set them up again.
