Made an order. Noticed it had the wrong address listed for shipping. THERE IS NO WAY to fix … what? Yes that’s right … once your order is placed, you cannot change the shipping label. No problem I’ll just cancel my order and start from scratch … THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER without speaking to a person, and you do so in LESS THAN 2 HOURS. But what if no one’s at work? YOUR SOL. The worst part was getting ahold of someone in under 2 hours, giving them all of the information needed BECAUSE THEY CANT SEE IT?!? but no problem … just to be sent an email saying

The worst Xmas shopping experience ever. How is it possible the Wyze shopping app can’t provide BASIC options for purchasing items? I’ll never use the app again. Thanks for nothing, I guess I’ll just send people pictures of the gifts I bought them that I couldn’t ship to them once they arrive at my door instead of theirs.
Yeah that can be frustrating for sure. As I understand it, the reason this happens is because soon after an order is made, they send the order to one of their fulfillment partners who prints out all the orders and labels, so when someone tries to cancel it, Wyze can no longer cancel it because the order and shipping label have already been printed, and it would take a person going through ALL the physically printed labels to find the one that wants to be canceled, so at that point it’s basically already in process and is getting sent no matter what.
One work around for this is to just order everything with the other address(s) instead and just plan to refuse the first order or return everything when it comes in. Wyze will then give you a refund for it. I know people who have resolved it that way before.

I didn’t think of that …. Thank you … wow they should really figure that out … or that’s what everyone is going to do and then they are paying for all those reruns because a company who works for them doesn’t want to look for a specific order …I’d have to read the labela… maybe get some other company who’s either willing too look or find a solution. … so sad

I just got an email that they’re offering this again in the app (OG cams for $9.99).
Personally I think they should have first sent an email exclusively offering these to one of the people who had some of these canceled.
Also, they’re offering the win really soon after your order was just barely canceled. Why did they even cancel your order If they had a new shipment that was about to arrive. It’s just really weird. Maybe it’s using a different fulfillment partner . So the other one had to cancel but they have another one that can now offer this . One of their other fulfillment partners have got some?
Still, since the promotion came back again according to the email I thought I’d let you know.
