The app seems to work for a few minutes and then will become basically unresponsive whenever I try to use it. I’ve tried rebooting the phone and the camera and reinstalling the app. For some reason, the camera will pan all the way to the left, too, so I’ve spent a lot of time looking at the wall behind my camera. Does anyone else have a Moto G6? I’m wondering if my phone just isn’t powerful enough for the app?
Is your phone updated to its latest software version, also how are your internet connection speeds?
