out door front yard camera 500ft from road front, was blinded by large burst of white light .Other camera on the property line, showing picture of horizontal blu line with dark haze beneath it. Pixilated shapes near cameras. If this is tampering how are they doing it and why arent any of the 7 cameras picking it up ?
