Support Tickets?

I submitted 2 tickets \ logs (#64025 , #75575) for the same issue on the outdoor cam in the last few weeks, via the android mobile app. got the email for both, but unable to see the status in the zendesk site.

Am i doing something wrong, or missed a step?

the issues with the WOC, is one of my 2 cams, is not recording events correctly, it says 0s recorded, and if you try to open, it has upload error.
