Ah, so the Wyze support center is presumably somewhere in Central Philippines. My guess would be Cebu City since it’s the closest large urban area, though there are certainly dozens of other possibilities.
Hopefully the Wyze wizards are all safe. 
That was a huge 6.9 earthquake in an area that doesn’t have building code to take earthquakes into account. And sadly it’s already their rainy season.
