VLC comes back with a cannot connect error.

• What URL are you feeding VLC?
• What specific error does VLC give you?
• What do you see in VLC’s log?
• Can you provide a screenshot of the error you’re seeing? (Feel free to obfuscate any credential information you don’t want to share.)
• Does it look something like what’s in this post?

Cam Pan V3 RTSP vs Blue Iris

Good thought on the firewall, however I disabled it and it still didn’t work. I use ESET for the anti-virus. These are just the results this afternoon. [Screenshot 2026-03-12 150620]

Wyzecam pan v3 firmware 4.50.16.5654 rtsp wont stream Updated to 4.50.16.5654 and have tried multiple times to view the rtsp stream with vlc and other rtsp apps. I have rtsps turned off and port 554 shows open on a port scan but vlc and streaming apps just fail with an error. I have also tried connecting with putty to port 554. I get a connection but no responses to any RTSP commands. What am I missing?
