After not continuing a free trial subscription for CamPlus, I continue to get emails from Wyze with the subject line “Cam Plus: Billing Info Needed”. I contacted customer support and was told that the only way to stop these emails is to unsubscribe from all Wyze promotional and marketing emails. That sounds like a sure way to lose potential customers to me! I don’t want to provide any billing information, because I don’t want to continue the trial subscription. But I also don’t want to miss out on new products or deals from Wyze! There has to be a rather simple way to let Wyze know that I don’t want to continue my trial subscription so that they stop sending the periodic emails (in perpetuity, it seems).
