I need the counties help shutting down or caputirimg the thrives whostole my camera while in uemphasized textse.

If I am understanding correctly what you need, someone stole your camera while in use. If that is the case check the app to see if it recorded an event video of them stealing it or around it. Other than that there is not much to do as any SD card would have been stolen with it.
