Kudos to support Tech Sonny, I made a a significant error when updating my account and fell down a rabbit hole that shut me down. I was rushing to switch to the new annual plan and failed to read the instructions. Totally my fault. Sonny showed a tremendous amount of patience as he walked me through a series of corrections that eventually got me back fully operational across my eight cameras on CamPlus.
