I am wondering if Wyze has disabled some functions on its app in order to encourage you to upgrade to a monthly or annual plan. Several of the buttons on my app have stopped functioning, They are the ones related to an older Wyze cam pan. Deleting and download the app, doing a hard factory reset and forgetting and reinstalling the camera did nothing to solve this problem. Does anyone have any ideas?
You did not tell us even which cameras, or what buttons are not working. Also please tell us app version and what firmware version of the cameras (BTW, don’t answer those with “the latest version”, give the version numbers). With that said, I just checked my original Pan cameras and they are working fine. In my case:
