Have they announced when will sales begin again on the Solar Cam Pan?
Most companies do not pre-announce sales. Prime day and black friday/cyber monday are good bets, but other than that, you just have to keep an eye out.
I interpret this as more of an availability question because sales were halted with the CPSC issue. Given the way they have updated the in-app instructions, put out a new installation guide video, and amended the Quick Start Guide, I would expect them to be for sale again, but I don’t know when. You can sign up for availability e-mail messages from the Shop tab in the app.

I did see a comment that they were getting close, but with any government agency, you never know.
Yeah, I would expect them to be close to offering these again since they’ve clearly made some adjustments to their documentation and the announcement is public on the CPSC Web site, so I would think they’ve satisfied that requirement. I don’t know what else might be involved in the process to turn sales back on, but I would expect the stock watch notifications to be helpful.
I took my solar cam pan down as the app for this was locked. Now I read that it is open but I have, no matter what, tried to re-install the camera but there is now way the b;ue light turns red; therefore I applied for the recall but its a time consuming lenghty process. After 7 days, finally, I will get a store credit. I asked whoever was on the other end as to avalilability adn they dont know! How can one be so stupid as to use the long screws…
