Solar cam pan has no mac/cloud upload

I recently purchased two solar cam pans. They connect to the network fine and automatically updated their firmware. Live view works. Events trigger and appear in the events tab but viewing it via cloud is not available and acts as if it is not uploading?

Is there a way to power cycle it?

Device info shows a connection but no mac or ip appears.

I have three other wired cameras thar upload to cloud just fine.

Do you mean that you’re trying but unable to view the live feed in Web View?

I’m not aware of a way to do effectively do this because the battery is an internal component that isn’t intended to be user replaceable. There’s no apparent way to completely power it off.

I had the same problem with no MAC Address or IP address. WYZE support had to push a new firmware to my device to fix all my issue. The firmware is one not available on their website yet.
