There was some discussion on another forum indicating that Smartthings is coming out with new api and rules where virtual switches may be eliminated. Has anyone heard this.
If that would be the case the Wyze sensors would not be as functional in Webcore pistons or Actiontiles tiles.
You should be asking this on the SmartThings forums. I think they just didn’t have virtual devices working for the new Rules API. I find it hard to believe they would remove it since it is an often used feature.
