Mr. Stinky doesn’t like the ankle bittting yapper dog the lives on the other side of the fence, neither do I. Maybe a quick misting would be good.

Mr. Stinky should just empty his tank toward the fence. Who will he punish more? The dog or you?
The customers at Weeds & Water wouldn’t like the new ambience, bad for business. Since Mr. Stinky has taken over the management from MFP business has picked up.
I’ll just give Stinky directions how to go under the fence and take care of the issue over there.

But if stinky can go under the fence, couldn’t the dog? Or is it a big dog?
Dog won’t fit under the fence unless it starts digging, it would take a while in this dry concrete hard adobe.
