Sharing of devices, IOS/Android VS Windows/MAC OSX, No Sound for older cams on browsers

first of lets start with the current sharing feature. i requested support to respond to this weeks ago and longer, i am doing voluntarily security work for a laundromat, the owner shared multiple cameras with me and the owner also is in possession of the most complex and expensive AI unlimited package paying that 120 or 200 a year, however, the features that he unlocked for the cameras are MOSTLY un-shared, the only shared thing really appears to be the AI Function, but.. live viewing on the web? nope, for that feature wyze wants me to pay an additional 120 euros in order to get all cameras to live-stream unlimited, where as, the IOS, Android users are not forced to pay that amount in order to see live camera views… why are we forcing windows users to pay, and fore-more, why is it that many recordings of older cam models do not even have sound on the browser? it says its “not available” yet but this seems nonsense to me! get your act together, wyze. asking to pay 120 euros for live-stream ability is absolute insanity, even more so if a device owner already paid for it. why do we have to pay double? triple if more people are helping in keeping watch? the no sound on video events for older cameras is especially a eyesore and ear sore that requires immediate fixing!! not in 5 months, today, this week. it should have priority to have sound working on LARGER SCREENS for proper person catching…..

i would also recommend it that you setup some sponsorships or advertisement plans with some content creators! your stupid for not responding to our emails and requests. we are a huge supporter of your products as all our locations are filled with locks and detectors and cameras from Wyze, yet ya’ll cant even take a few moments to react to support, problems and requests? that’s crazy. the only friendly support currently is your AI Bot! LOL…..

our channel has millions of views and has 2,39 mln. subs, your shooting your own pocket by not responding to us and engaging in someone that supports the brand widely!

well perhaps a worker does read here, and decides to check whats up with our tickets/emails and requests that we put in with the AI requesting human intervention which was confirmed by the bot to have been passed on…

First of all, this is a user to user forum. For the most part, Wyze employees do not monitor this forum.

Just my opinion based on being a customer since the fairly early days. Wyze (like many /or most young people) considers that the world revolves around phones and computers are old and do not need to be supported. For years Wyze steadfastedly refused to do anything for PC support. When they finally did, it was kicking and screaming and only as a minimum that they could get away with.

Another one that is one of my pet peeves with Wyze is that they insist on a very low contrast color scheme that may be fine for 25 year olds, but for us older people, can be really hard to read.

i get that, absolutely, but that does not take away that they may still read here even, if they do not reply. the forum is not “entirely” without moderation or involvement of the team or things would not be under control here with how internet users can be. :slight_smile:
