Got a quick question if I share a device with someone. Are they able to share the same camera without my permission? If so how can remove both of them
I haven’t used the sharing feature in quite a while but at that time no, they could not re-share your camera.
The exception being if they let someone log in with their account, then yes, they’ll see your cam. It is shared with the overall account.
You can remove shared users right in the main app settings (not under the cam itself). If someone has shared their account, then they will both lose access (and anyone else with access to that acct).

No. According to the Help Center:
This can also be done for individual Cams in the Cam’s settings. For instance, for Solar Cam Pan (how this topic is tagged), I can navigate to that Cam’s Settings ➜ Sharing to see whom I’ve shared the Cam with, and there tap that user’s e-mail address and then tap Cancel Share on the next screen.
