Sharing device and no notifications

Sharing the outdoor camera with husband but he is not getting notifications.
Any advice?

First, are you getting notifications. If you are then your husband may have inadvertently turned notifications off. This can be accomplished via 2 ways:

  1. Go to the app and on the main home screen in the top right you will see a bell (notifications). Does it have zzz across it. If it does, notifications are off.

  2. In iOS Settings, does he have notifications turned on for the Wyze App?
